Return and Exchange Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. Refunds will be issued according to the payment method used at the time of the purchase.

  2. Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the terms and conditions of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new sales terms.

  3. All merchandise eligible for return must be in original condition, unworn, without any signs of wear or tear and with original tags attached.

HOW TO MAIL A RETURN FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

  1. Please fill out the return form and return your purchase to the following address by mail or via courier of your choice:

    Wendake (Quebec)  G0A 4V0 

IMPORTANT: Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is damaged or Bastien Industries is at fault. In this case, the merchandise must be returned only by the carrier assigned by our customer service. Please contact our customer service department at 1 800 463-6874 or at adjointe@bastienindustries.ca for further information.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN TO THE FACTORY FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE?

Please come to the Bastien Industries factory at 620 Chef Max Gros-Louis street, Wendake, QC, G0A 4V0, during business hours Monday to Thursday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and Friday between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, within 15 days following the shipping date with the following required items:

  1. The original packing slip.

  2. The credit card used for your order.

  3. The items you wish to return or exchange.

  4. If your order was shipped in multiple shipments, please make sure you have the packing slip for the items you wish to return or exchange as well as those items.

CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

  1. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
